ZEITGEIST 2024 PRIVACY NOTICE

The purpose of this notice is to inform our customers, suppliers, business partners, candidates and employees (hereinafter "holder" or collectively "holders") of the privacy policy we handle, which is based on the principles of legality, consent, information, quality, purpose, loyalty, proportionality and accountability, provided in Article 6 of the Federal Act on Protection of Personal Data in Possession of Individuals. Therefore, we will mention the person in charge, the purpose, the way we collect, the data we generally request and the means to exercise the rights.

I.          IDENTITY OF THE RESPONSIBLE:

The data collected are under the responsibility of Molina & Gauland Zeitgeist S.C. (hereinafter "ZEITGEIST"), a company incorporated under Mexican law, domiciled at Hacienda de Balvanera 304, 76230 El Salitre, Querétaro.

II.         DATA REQUESTED:

The following data will or may be collected:

  • IDENTITY DATA: name, nationality, date and place of birth, gender, marital status, names of relatives, dependents and beneficiaries, religion, federal taxpayer registry (RFC), unique population registry code (CURP), social security number, home phone, cell phone and email.

  • EMPLOYMENT INFORMATION: position, work address, telephone, facsimile and e-mail, work and personal references.

  • EDUCATIONAL INFORMATION: educational background, degrees, affiliations, professional credentials, certificates and awards, among others.

    FINANCIAL AND PATRIMONIAL INFORMATION: bank information, bank accounts, payments. In accordance with the provisions of Article 8 of the Federal Act for the Protection of Personal Data in Possession of Individuals (the Law), we require your express consent for the processing of your personal data of a "financial and/or patrimonial" nature. In case you do not express your opposition to the processing of such data, it will be understood that you grant your consent, since these will be used for the purpose established in article 10, section IV of the Law.

III. PURPOSE:

The collection of data made by ZEITGEIST will be solely and exclusively for the following purposes:

  • Primary Purposes:

    • WITH REGARD TO EMPLOYEES AND CANDIDATES: evaluation of profiles with the purpose of selecting the most suitable personnel for the positions, contact to inform selection and recruitment processes, elaborate a labor file, carry out the necessary notifications derived from the labor relationship and make the corresponding payroll payments.

    • TO THE CLIENTS AND POTENTIAL CLIENTS: to carry out the services stipulated in the service contracts signed between ZEITGEIST and THE CLIENTS, communication and advice, invoicing, registration of the status of their affairs and follow up of specific needs.

    • WITH REGARD TO SUPPLIERS: invoicing and payment, timely communication, corresponding notifications, follow-up on goods and services provided.

  • Secondary purposes: the data collected from the owners, will or may be used for statistical, marketing and commercial purposes, contact for the delivery of our newsletters and invitation to events.

    In case of not wishing the use of data for secondary purposes, the holder must notify with an email to info@zeitgeist.mx.

 

IV. TRANSFER OF DATA:

All information stored by ZEITGEIST will not be shared or transferred with third parties, with the exception of those:

  • In the cases provided for in Article 37 of the Law.

  • When required by competent authorities.

  • In those cases in which the owner has given prior consent.

  • That have been transferred for the purpose of being presented to third parties, as part of a procedure, legal matter or process.

 

V.         LIMITATION OF THE USE OR DISCLOSURE OF DATA:

In the event that any holder wishes to exercise their corresponding rights, they may do so by:

  • By e-mail sent to the address info@zeitgeist.mx in which he/she proves his/her identity and describes the data and elements that facilitate the location of the information.

  • By means of appearance and delivery of a signed letter to our address Hacienda de Balvanera 304, 76230 El Salitre, Querétaro.

 

VI. MEANS OF ACCESS, RATIFICATION, CANCELLATION OR OPPOSITION OF DATA:

ZEITGEIST recognizes to the Data Owners the faculty to exercise their ARCO Rights in relation to their Personal Data, which include:

  • Right of Access: To have knowledge of the information that ZEITGEIST has about their Personal Data and what are the purposes of its processing by ZEITGEIST.

  • Right of Rectification: To request the correction of your Personal Data if they are outdated, inaccurate, erroneous or incomplete.

  • Right of Cancellation: Submit a request to completely delete any record or copy of your Personal Data, whether in physical or electronic format.

  • Right of Opposition: Request the cessation of the use of your Personal Data by ZEITGEIST.

In case you want to make any of these movements, you must prepare a request with the name of the owner, address, documents to prove identity, description of the data and elements that facilitate the location of the personal data, sending it to info@zeitgeist.mx, or delivering it to our offices in person.

VII. USE OF COOKIES

ZEITGEIST has the option to employ various technologies for the purpose of optimizing the performance of its website, including the use of cookies.
